FAQ

  • We’ve been fortunate to meet with all of you in person at our regional happy hours or over Zoom, one frequent question we get is: “When can I meet more members?”. This is it!

  • To ensure an intimate and high-quality experience, we've capped attendance at 200 members.

  • The 200 tickets will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate all spots will be spoken for within the first few weeks

  • We are setting the price per ticket at-cost. We negotiated significant discounts on the hotel room rates to keep the cost as reasonable as possible.

  • Yes, including resort fees! The lowest standard room rate with a loyalty discount is $830/night (incl tax).

  • Yes! All meals, snacks, and refreshments are included in the retreat package. Enjoy a variety of delicious options at our scheduled events and programs.

  • While the retreat package covers most amenities, please note that travel costs, such as airplane tickets and airport transfer, are not included. We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for your convenience.

    Members are free to extend their stay in Scottsdale and organize personal activities such as golf, but these are not included in the registration fee.

  • We expect programming to start Sunday (Oct 6) evening around 4 pm local time and be completed by Wednesday (Oct 9) at noon local time

  • Definitely! We wholeheartedly encourage you to bring your spouse or partner along. The retreat is designed to be a social and enriching experience for our members and their loved ones. The cost for a companion ticket is $2,800, assuming shared lodging.

  • We are excited to organize family-friendly retreats in the future, but this event is designed to be adults-only. We are not able to offer programming or childcare for kids.

  • We understand that plans change and life happens. If you need to cancel, we will make every attempt to transfer your ticket to another member and offer you a full refund. We are pricing this event at-cost and are committing to our vendors for a fixed headcount, so we will only be able to offer a refund in the case of transferring your ticket.

  • If you prefer to pay via company credit card, check, or wire transfer, that is not a problem! We cannot provide tax advice on the deductibility of the expense.
